Welcome to our revamped podcast, “In the Tigers Den!” In this week’s episode, Scott Lebo, podcast editor, interviews Freya Sjoqvist, president of Cat Alliance Trinity (CAT) to chat about the cats and what’s it’s like to care for them.
HELLO! My name is Scott Lebo (he/him), and I am a sports reporter. There hasn’t been a day since I started middle school that I haven’t spent at least half an hour talking about sports, so I promise I am knowledgeable on the topic. I’m a junior from Colorado Springs majoring in political science with an interdisciplinary second major combining the sports management and education minors and finally a minor in history. Outside of the Trinitonian I work in the athletic center coach’s office, conduct color commentary for Tiger Network, and am president of the club soccer team. A fun fact about me is that I plan to work as a boarding school teacher in the future following in the footsteps of both my parents and my dad’s parents (very original I know).
Hey people! My name is Skylar Savarin (she/her/hers) and I am from Memphis, TN. I am a senior double-majoring in Art and Human Communication with a minor in creative writing. I am the illustrations editor of the Trinitonian, and in addition to the visuals I contribute here, I am also building a tattoo portfolio in preparation for post-graduation pursuits!
Hi! My name is Isa Obando and I am from San Jose, Costa Rica. I am a sophomore majoring in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and minoring in Sociology. I am a photojournalist for the Trinitonian, and also work in the Admissions Office and with Residential Life, as well as a part of the sorority Alpha Chi Lambda. Outside of classes, I enjoy reading, basketball, and crocheting!
