Trinity ends partnership with Aramark for dining services
Trinity will now receive dining services from Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services after deciding not to renew its contract with Aramark, putting an end to the 50-year partnership. The transition to the new provider will start this month and continue through June.
A Trinity-based transition team will aid in the successful transition to Chartwells and will host forums for members of the Trinity community to inquire more about Trinity’s dining plans. Additionally, there will be chances to meet with the Chartwells team.
The Aramark frontline staff, who students interact with every day in Mabee Dining Hall and the Coates Student Center, will be offered similar positions with Chartwells.
Check out the next issue of the Trinitonian for more information on the switch, including interviews with the administration.
