Can you describe what you like to wear around campus?
“I like to wear skirts, and I really like bright colors, but I like to be comfortable.”
What’s your favorite outfit that you have in your closet right now?
“Probably this skirt [see visual], and a cute top that I have. I got some of the tops at Target. [It cost] maybe $10 for a shirt and $10 for a skirt, so $20 in total.”
What’s an article of clothing or accessory that you desperately want to have?
“I really like those long-sleeved over-shirts that are kind of see-through, and you put another [shirt] on top of them.”
Bryn Evans, sophomore education major
Can you describe what you like to wear around campus?
“The simplest way I can describe it is if you went into Madewell and bought everything, except I don’t quite have the funds for that very much. Although I’m pretty energetic and I do love color, I find myself not wearing it very frequently. I just like to make sure I’m looking put-together on campus.”
What’s your favorite outfit that you have in your closet right now?
“I have this little denim dress. It’s almost like overalls, except minus the buckles and the front pockets. I wear [it] with either some Adidas or Doc Martens.”
McCaden McClure, junior English major
Can you describe what you like to wear around campus?
“I’m generally punk, but I sometimes go for things that are a little bit more mixed. I’ve been taking on steampunk styles and playful kid-core stuff. You know, I have a lot of different looks that I like to go for, and it depends on the day. It honestly lines up a lot with my gender identity for the day because that changes constantly.”
What’s your favorite outfit that you have in your closet right now?
“I gotta go with my crust pants. Big fan of them. They’re just so applicable, I can use them in most situations, and they always make me feel comfortable, even when they’re not lining up with how I’m identifying that day.”
What’s an article of clothing or accessory that you desperately want to have?
“I’d like a ruffle-y shirt. Frankly, I don’t really have a lot of great options for tops, which is partially just being raised masculine and having the social and cultural expectation of purchasing masculine clothes. It doesn’t really lend itself to complex attire, especially complex tops, and so I’m trying to branch out in that regard.”
Sophia Sifuentes, first-year biology major
Can you describe what you like to wear around campus?
“I like to wear a nice blouse or maxi skirt, and I like layering dresses on undershirts and Doc Martens.”
What’s your favorite outfit that you have in your closet right now?
“I really enjoy a red spring dress. It’s kind of below the knee but above the ankle.”
What’s an article of clothing or accessory that you desperately want to have?
“I really would like more hair ribbons.”

Can you describe what you like to wear around campus?
“Comfy stuff, like shorts, T-shirt, jeans and I guess, when it’s cooler, a jacket. Just comfy stuff to wear to class.”
What’s your favorite outfit that you have in your closet right now?
“Honestly, my outfit right now [see visual]. Shorts, a tank top, Spider-Man jacket.”

“I’m not really sure. Probably some kind of long coat for the winter.”

Can you describe what you like to wear around campus?
“I go for more simple things, maybe a tank top and jeans. I like sweatpants a lot. They’re so comfortable for any occasion.”
What’s your favorite outfit that you have in your closet right now?
“I have these black sweatpants now, and this really cute green tank top with flowers. And they match, I feel like they match so well.”
What’s an article of clothing or accessory that you desperately want to have?
“I’m not sure. I guess the crochet sweaters with the holes in them and you can see the shirt underneath.”

“I kind of mix it up between vintage streetwear, and then I also like the old money [style] a lot.”
What’s your favorite outfit that you have in your closet right now?
“Honestly, anything with jorts. I’m a big jorts guy, so I can’t complain when I’m wearing [them].”
What’s an article of clothing or accessory that you desperately want to have?
“I’d probably say these shoes called Mason Margiela Gats. I’ve always wanted them; they look pretty classy to me. [I] gotta save up some money hopefully and get them one day.”
