Sidewalk symposium: Students share their favorite stress-relieving activities

With finals right around the corner, many students may be feeling overwhelmed. Stress-relieving activities and music are great ways to cope and manage these important yet hectic times.

Students around campus, specifically in Coates Library, outside of Northrup and in the Center of Sciences and Innovation, were asked what helps them unwind and stay motivated during stressful times.

“I like to go on walks around campus. I also love doing hot yoga with my friends. I usually go to Black Swan yoga.”
