What is your favorite Winter Olympics sport to watch and why?
“My favorite is ice skating. I’m a cheerleader, and I’ve been in competitive art almost my whole life. To watch ice skating – which is essentially to me like gymnastics on ice – is really entertaining, but it’s also really cool because I feel like a lot of people underestimate how much athleticism goes into these kinds of things.”

What is your favorite Winter Olympics sport to watch and why?
“As of right now, I am watching figure skating. I don’t know if most people know, but Donovan Carrillo, one of Mexico’s first prime figure skaters to make national headlines and influence a lot of young people in Mexico, [is competing]. Mexico is known more for their soccer, baseball, boxing and other sports. Figure skating is not seen as predominately, but we’re seeing him break barriers in bringing in these new sports and these new dreams.”
